Jodi J. Caldwell is the Director of Customer Service at ASI Consulting Group LLC. She is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects ranging from scheduling seminars, consulting/training engagements to publication sales. She develops contracts for clients and coordinates various logistics between the consultants and clients. Jodi volunteers her time managing the registration for American Society for Quality (ASQ) events.
